GeoStruct Consultants Limited (GEOSTR) has been established to offer innovative and cost-effective design
solution in civil, geotechnical and underground infrastructures. The civil and geotechnical structures are complex
deep pile foundation and piled-raft foundation for tall buildings, soil nail system for slopes, ground anchor system
for retaining wall and ground improvement for soft soil. Underground infrastructures comprise pre-cast segmental
bored and cut-and-cover tunnels, retaining walls and its supporting systems. Planning, analysis and design of other
important elements of underground tunnels such as launching and receiving shafts, ventilation shafts, cross passages
and drainage sump.
The temporary or permanent retaining wall includes diaphragm wall, secant bored pile wall and contiguous bored pile
wall while supporting system comprises slab with opening, strut and waler system and ground anchor.
Impact assessment, response plan, ground instrumentation and monitoring schemes of critical structures are also
devised.
